We are pleased to have Emily Rozwadowski collaborate in the role "Of Counsel" to Emerson & Elder, P.C. Emily offers insight and counsel in the areas of Estate Planning, Commercial Transactions and Corporate Law. She is also Principal in the law firm Emily gained extensive experience in estate planning and business law while working as an associate at Wolf & Tennant in Chicago. She achieved additional legal experience while working as an attorney at Plaintiff’s class action firm, Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, in Oak Park, Illinois. In addition to her work at Spencer & Rozwadowski, LLP, Ms. Rozwadowski is an adjunct professor at Kaplan University where she teaches students working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.

Ms. Rozwadowski received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to entering law school she worked at Jenner & Block, where she assisted in several large and complex arbitrations and trials. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago. While at Loyola she was the news editor of the Public Interest Law Reporter and was a member of the Loyola negotiation team.

Emily is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Neighborhood Parents Network, Small Business Advocacy Council; Professional Women’s Club of Chicago and the Dynamic Professional Women’s Network. Ms. Rozwadowski lives in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and two children.
