Kevin Wenzel

Kevin Wenzel concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and transportation law. He regularly represents insurance companies in disputes involving the availability of insurance coverage under professional liability policies, commercial general liability policies, employers’ liability policies, and commercial automobile liability policies. Kevin has litigated insurance coverage disputes in various jurisdictions, as well as provided counsel and advocacy on interpretations of insurance contracts.

Kevin also has experience in trucking and transportation law, assisting with corporate transactions, property damage and personal injury litigation, and general counsel matters.

While in law school, Kevin served as intern to Judge James P. Flannery, Presiding Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County Law Division, and wrote for the quarterly newsletters eSports and the Law and My Legal Bookie examining developments and issues in professional eSports and gaming law.
