At Emerson & Elder, P.C. Mrs. Spencer focuses primarily on real estate transactions and issues. She has successfully closed hundreds of real estate transactions for buyers and sellers in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. In addition, Mrs. Spencer creates comprehensive estate plans for individuals and families. She is passionate about delivering high quality, personal legal services.

In addition to her collaboration with Emerson & Elder, P.C., Ms. Spencer is a principal and founder of Spencer & Rozwadowski, LLP. Mrs. Spencer was also an attorney at mid-size law firm in New York City, were she worked in the areas of real estate and estate planning. Prior to her work in New York City, Mrs. Spencer worked as in-house counsel for Water Tower Realty in Chicago. Before that Mrs. Spencer spent three years running the award winning Los Angeles Homeless Court.

Mrs. Spencer is admitted to the Illinois and New York bars, and received her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in International Law & Practice from Loyola University Chicago and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
